1. Eligible Refund Cases
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Product is significantly different from description
- Order not delivered within the promised timeframe
- Expired or near-expiry products delivered
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Fresh produce and perishable items after 24 hours of delivery
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed
5. Exchange Policy
In some cases, we may offer product exchange instead of a refund. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis with our customer service team.
